The Salaam Centre is currently in its third phase of development. Find out how we got here and how you can help make our vision into a reality!

PHASE ONE: 2014-2017

After purchasing the land and campaigning for planning permission, we broke ground, commenced construction and built basement floors.

Phase One cost: £10 million

PHASE TWO: 2022-2024

Above-ground building structure now making a visual impact in the area. Building watertight and ready for the coming phase.

Phase Two cost: £6 million

PHASE THREE: 2025-2026

We now enter the next exciting phase - the internal fit-out that will breathe life into our Centre.

Phase Three:
£4 million needed to move in
